This facility is first rate from the building design, inside and out, cleanliness, fresh food, friendly and effcient staff as well as seating that allows private conversations. Yesterday, I and 8 other Vietnam vets and a guest enjoyed Iditarod's food and ambience. We will be back.

Not sure how the Air Force gets away with having a dfac with the quality and price represented at this chow hall. For breakfast, for a sub par meal in both quality and quantity, it is going to cost at least $7-8 dollars. I don't come to a chow hall for a gourmet 5 star experience, I come to eat enough food to sustain me throughout the day at a reasonable price, this chow hall does neither. Less effort on the rustic, cabin like decor more effort on quality food and affordable pricing.
